Looking for a baby sitter?
Hello! My name is Laura and I am 20 years old. I have previous experience babysitting my younger cousins aged 4 - 12 and tend to get along very well with children. I have also gained experience working with children in a more professional setting as a Teachers assistant, where I got the opportunity to help children with learning disabilities on a one to one basis during lessons.
I am a very creative and fun individual and would be happy to engage in various activities to engage with your child’s creative and artistic side.
I am a University Student going into my final year in October 2021 looking to develop more experience working with children. I am currently studying a Bachelors Degree in Childhood Studies at the University of Essex and i am looking into studying a Masters in Psychology when I finish my current studies.
Due to employment I am only available on weekends. However, I can arrange during the week if it is planned in advance as I do get some days off. Apart from babysitting I am able to help with house chores, cooking etc. Please ask for any further requirements as I might be able to meet them.

I have had previous experience in childcare; working as a Childminders Assistant and Teachers Assistant at 2 different schools.
I am currently working as a Support Worker for adults with mental health, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. I have been in this current occupation for two years.

BA honours Childhood Studies (Going into my third year in October 2021)
Health and Social Care Level 3 CTEC (DDM)
GCSE: English, Maths, Physical Education, Art and Science.
My Availability
I am available only on weekends and every other Friday. Can arrange during the week if I can work around my work schedule.
