About Me
My name is Carly I am 30 years old. I am an outgoing person who has over 12 years experience in childcare. I am a warm and caring person and enjoy working with children of all ages. I have 3 little boys of my own the oldest is 10 and in Year 5 at Wheatfields Juniors, middle is 5 years old attending Wheatfields Infants and my youngest is 23 months old. All of my children are very well behaved and love being around other children, of a variety of ages.
My Experience
I have over 12 years experience in childcare, nearly 11 years of which i have been nannying. The current family I work for live in fleetville, and I have been with them for nearly 4 years. My longest nannying role was 11 years working with a family of 2 children who are now at the age they no longer require a nanny. I provide after school care for my current family and take them back to their house and cook dinner for them and look after them till their parents arrive home. I have worked in various childcare settings including Brockhouse baby care, Jigsaw Montessori Nursery (Shenley), Marshalswick Pre-school, and Acorns Nursery. I have experience working with children from birth to teens and I have also worked as a 1-1 for children with additional needs.
My Qualifications
Passed all 9 GCSES, 2 A-levels in health and social care and leisure and tourism, level 2 and level 3 in childcare and various training courses including safeguarding and an up to date first aid and DBS. I have over 11 years experience in childcare and over 10 years as a nanny working with children of a variety of ages. I feel my best qualification is being a mum to my 3 lovely boys.
My Availability
I am available after school ideally for any families attending Wheatfields schools or fleetville junior school( as I currently nanny tues and Thursday for a family who’s child is going into year 6) I am available all day on Fridays from around 9/9.30 but I will have my youngest with me and will need to collect my boys after school at 3.10/3.15.
I am also available to help any parents out in the school holidays I would have my boys with me so it has to be a family that are comfortable with this.
