Hey I’m Nadia, I’m a 25 year old childcare worker who works with children and young people who have complex needs and behaviours. I’m a fun and friendly girl who enjoys going for walks, football and a movie night in the sofa! I have a level 4 children’s and families qualification and am highly qualified in ASD and ADHD. My Experience
I have been very lucky in working within in varied hospitals and homes! I currently work as a senior care worker for children in a children’s home for children who have complex needs. The children I work with are between the ages of 7 and 18. I also have experience with babies from 18months old to nursery age. I am heavily qualified in child care and have various qualifications to support.
My Qualifications
I have an A level in health and social care, psychology and science, an NVQ level 4 in autism, Aspergers and learning disability and Level 4 qualification in families and young persons. I am also currently studying for a management degree. I am first aid trained in both paediatrics and adults and can administer medication.

I arranged an interview to meet the family and discuss the position further.. I had to cancel one time so I let her know in plenty of time and we rearranged it after her 2 holidays. On the day of the meeting I sat waiting and even sent 2 messages asking if she could find me or if she could let me know if she was still coming and she just ignored both messages. Absolutely no contact to apologise or explain why.
