My Experience

I have experience with all ages of children, and my most recent roles have been after-school care with children from 5-11 years. When I am with the children we enjoy: playing board games, working on craft projects and chatting about our days. I also collect them from school, make sure they have their dinner and take them to any after-school activities they have that evening.

Before nannying, I was sole playleader at a local playgroup for 15 years. This involved planning and running sessions for up to 15 children (0-5y) on weekday mornings. This work was very rewarding as I'd see the children grow over the years and build strong relationships with them while helping develop their interests and knowledge. I also undertook my SVQ Level 3 in early years childcare while working as a playleader and attended paediatric first aid training numerous times.

As well as these roles I have nannied for younger children, including nursery drop-offs/pick-ups, worked in a school nursery, including specifically caring for a child with additional needs, and raised my own three children.

As my current role has ended I am now looking for another family to work alongside during term-time.

Previous training in pediatric first aid

My Availability

I am available Monday - Friday, term-time.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

Fees negotiable depending on role.
