I have lived in London since 2005 and I have worked with children ever since. I only planned to stay for a year and then go back to university to finish my English language degree but I enjoyed this work so much that I decided to get another job after the first one, then another...I find my work incredibly fun and rewarding, it can be hectic at times but never dull or boring. I take my work very seriously as I am aware of the immense responsibility and I consider myself very responsible, sensible and trustworthy but I always try and make childrens` day with me as fun and interesting as possible.
At some point I am planning to transition to therapy work but I am in no rush.

I am looking for a FT or PT, sole charge, live-out nanny job in South London. I have 14 years of experience working with children (9 months-5years, including twins and disabled children) I am both Ofsted and Government Tax Free Childcare registered.I have recent DBS check and First Aid Certificate. I can start immediately.
I have fast and reliable transport links to Victoria, Sloane Sq, South Kensington, Clapham, Earlsfield, Wandsworth, Fulham... I would be willing to relocate for the right job.I am very communicative, pro-active, organized, warm and I genuinely enjoy working with children. I believe that children thrive most when they are given clear boundaries and structure and are lovingly and actively encouraged to develop their abilities. I believe I bring out the best in children by not accepting bad behaviour. I have a lot of common sense and patience.I do not rely on TV to entertain children, I prefer to keep them busy with age appropriate games, trips to various local activity groups, walks, I am happy to organize trips to museums,...I also try and engage them in as many activities around the home as possible ( like cooking and tidying up ) I am looking for employers who will appreciate my experience and input and who share the same approach to parenting/childcare. My English is excellent, I am a non-smoker and a non-driver. Also, I am very interested in nutrition and healthy life style in general, which can be very useful when working with children.
