Hi, my name is Sarah and I'm an Ofsted Registered Childminder.
I am a DBS Checked childcare professional who is Level 3 qualified with 10 years' experience working within nursery settings. I love working with children and in January 2019, I decided to follow my dreams and become a childminder.
I live in Coppull with my husband, Gary who is also DBS Checked and our dog, a little hypoallergenic Poochon who is very friendly.
I want your child to be happy and enjoy every moment at Sarah Lou's Childminding, so I plan activities and resources around your child's interests, likes and dislikes. We go on lots of trips and to plenty of fun groups. Outdoor adventures are a big part of our daily routine. I am close to great walks, fields and play parks within the village and I have a lovely secure garden providing hours of outdoor play.
My aim is to provide excellent quality home from home, attachment style care with healthy home cooked meals whilst following the individual needs of your child, helping them and you to feel safe, confident and part of the family.

My opening hours are 07.30am to 5.45pm every week day.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£42.50 per day. These fees includes home cooked meals, nappies, wipes and sudocrem. Please note prices do not include formula milk.

My daughter has been with Sarah since January and she has come on leaps and bounds! Sarah and her family are lovely, she absolutely loves her days in nursery and I wouldn’t have her anywhere else. Always lots of lovely updates through out the day and the children are always going to fun places and doing amazing activities x

Sarah is an amazing childminder! Both my children have been with Sarah for almost 2 years and they absolutely love going. She picks great activities and days out for the children. She goes above and beyond for all the children in her care. Sarah and her family are the most amazing people!
I cannot recommend Sarah-Lou's childminding enough!

My little girl has been attending Sarah Lou’s childminding for around 5 months now and we are so happy with the service as is our little girl. The variety of activities that the children do is amazing - trips to the farm, aquarium, play centres etc. they are always up to something which is complimented by plenty of play and activities within Sarah’s lovely home. Sarah’s whole family accept all of the children as one of their own and they have made my little girl feel so welcome. Sometimes my little one can have a wobble leaving me in a morning (typical toddler behaviour) but she is always met by lots of cuddles and patience to help her along with her day. We couldn’t recommend Sarah Lou’s enough 🤗

my daughter started with Sarah when she was just 5/6months old and as a single parent my child had started to develop separation issues to the extent even leaving her with some family members was too difficult.
Sarah and I met at her home and then at my home on a couple of occasions to introduce herself to my daughter and they instantly developed a bond.
Her 1st proper full day i was relaxed at ease and it just felt right and yet so normal and my child never got upset upon me leaving. When I went to collect her she cried haha. This says it all.
Over the past year their bond grew even stronger when my child took her first steps for Sarah and fortunately for me, sarah captured every moment of it whilst I was back at work so I didn't miss a thing and for that ill always be grateful.
Sarah picks some fantastic activities for the children both in her setting and on trips out.
Her costs are extremely fair when she provides wipes and nappies and makes home cooked food for each meal. The setting is beautifully designed and everything is safe and tidy. Her family and husband are lovely, kind and genuine people and it really is a home from home environment.
I cannot recommend Sarah-Lou as a child enough.
Make contact and go see for yourself that is all I have to say - you will literally leave with a smile on your face.

Sarah began childminding our little boy at the beginning of 2020 when our current childminder went on maternity leave. He settled with her really quickly. Sarah provides a lovely environment for the children. She goes over and above with activities and learning environment.
