I'm Emma. I am happily married and have three lovely children. I worked as an infant teacher for 14 years and was also deputy head teacher . I am now an Ofsted Registered childminder.
I live in Bulphan and love life in this quiet village.
Bulphan is close to Upminster/West Horndon/ Orsett/ Horndon-on-the-Hill/Laindon/North stifford / south ockendon and easily reached from Brentwood ,Basildon and Chafford Hundred / Grays -all a 10min drive away.
If you are travelling to work via the A128 or A13 you will be passing by!
I may even be able to collect from your home.
I love childminding as everyday is different! We go to lots of exciting places and always have loads of fun and get the opportunity to play with other children. We make weekly visits to farms , country parks , toddler groups , sealife centre, beach , restaurants etc . All this is included in the daily rate.
My house has its own playroom for the children. The garden is safe and secure with lots of things for the children to do.
I provide healthy snacks and meals and we all eat together around the table.
Daily records are kept so that you know what the children have done during the day.
I also take lots of photos so that they can show you all the exciting things that they have done while in my care.

My Experience
I have 14 years experience as a Primary school Deputy headteacher working in the foundation stage class. So I have lots of experience of working with children throughout the primary school age.
I have also worked as a swimming instructor and as an after school club leader.
I aim for children to feel safe and secure and to enjoy there time in my care.
We always have lots of fun and do lots of exciting activities. We do lots of activities outside and visit lots of different parks. We make weekly visits to Barleylands Farm and also attend toddler groups so that the children have the opportunity to make friends and play with different children.
My Qualifications
I have a degree In Early years B.Ed (hons)
Fully qualified Primary school Teacher with 14 years experience teaching 3-11 yr olds
Ofsted Registered
Food & Hygiene
CYPOP5 level 3 diploma in home based child care
First aid trained
CRB checked
During my teaching I have been on hundreds of Early Years courses eg -
Outdoor play, ICT in the Foundation stage, Maths in the Foundation stage, phonics for pre-school, Literacy in the Early Years, Knowledge & Understanding in the Early Years. Music for Early Years.

I have no hesitation rating Bulphan Childminding with 5 stars. From day one my son has been extremely happy and so have I. All activities and outings have an underlying educational purpose whilst being lots of fun, and my son's development and obvious happiness is testament to this. He is also eating homemade healthy meals and snacks which is fantastic.
If I can't be at home with my son myself then him being at Bulphan Childminding, where everything is to the highest standard and I have complete trust and confidence in his wellbeing, is the best place for him.
