My Experience
Hello,
I have been working with children since February 2015, spending 3.5 years in a nursery setting and then onto private nannying and mothers help positions.
I have experience with a wide range of ages from newborn to 13 years. This has included potty training, preparing snacks/meals, introducing solids, arts & crafts, attending clubs, homework/tutoring and everything in between!
I am happy to take on light household chores, run errands, PA/admin responsibilities and cook family meals.
I am level 2 trained in child care, DBS checked, first aid trained, and have certificates in food safety, understanding children’s mental health and child protection.
I have vast knowledge of the EYFS and plan fun activities around it to enable children to reach their milestones and full potential in every area.
I have experience recognising and working with children with speech delays, ADHD, autism and caring for twins/multiple children.
I am organised, reliable, and caring. I pride myself on making parents feel at ease, supporting them in their busy lives and bringing fun, creativity and education to children.
My ideal working days/hours would be for school aged children on Tuesday and Friday 2.30/3pm until 6/6.30pm. Wednesday afternoons could also be considered. Tuesday and Thursday AM (8.30-11.30/12) is also manageable for a family with babies/toddlers who need an extra pair of hands.
A family who wouldn’t mind me bringing my youngest child on the odd occasion if/when needed would also be a bonus (until she starts nursery early 2025).
School collection within walking distance to your address would also preferable
Ideal locations would be in/around CB23

A little about me -
I’m in my early 30s and have 2 young children of my own. I love arts & crafts, animals, travelling, baking, fashion, jogging, cycling, days out with my children and a good TV series!
