My name is Nicola,
I am a fully qualified Ofsted approved childminder with full training in Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding. I live in West Brentwood which is 1/4 mile from M25 and A12 and less than 2 miles from Brentwood Station. I provide a warm, friendly home from home environment and deliver a flexible, personal childcare service.
Coming from a large family myself I have over 20 years experience in looking after children of all ages for family and friends. I enjoy volunteering at my local school where I get to support children in their learning and help play a part in igniting their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
My setting includes a separate playroom with accessible bathroom, family area and large enclosed outdoor space. I offer activities such as messy play, craft, sing-a-long, exploring nature, role play and on occasion visits to the farm, forests and zoos.
I provide a non-smoking, pet free environment.
My Experience
I have 3 children of my own and have over 20 years experience in looking after numerous children for friends and family of all ages. I have worked as a volunteer for many years at my local school helping children with reading and outdoor activities.

We have been using Nicola for the past 2 years, she is brilliant with our daughter who loves going to her house..so much so she doesn't always want to leave!
Nicola is reliable and made returning to work after maternity leave much easier as my daughter settled in straight away.
I highly recommend Nicola as a childminder!

Nicola has been looking after my little boy for over a year now, since May 2021 and I love Reggie going to hers: he loves being there, playing the little girls that are also there and he loves the toys. Nicola cares for Reggie so well and I never worry while he is in her care
I would highly recommend Nicola for all childcare needs. She amazing and provides a safe comforting environment for the children

Nicola has been looking after my daughter and I could not be happier. She provides a safe, secure caring environment and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter runs in at the start of the day and never wants to leave when its time for me to pick her up. I am so glad she has settled in so well. There is a huge range of toys at the setting and she often joins in with fun, planned activities and trips out. I am updated during the day with pics to reassure me that my daughter is fine. I highly recommend Nicola's services as they are 5 star.

My Daugher has been going to Nicola’s for 6 months now and she really enjoys being there .
It gives me peace of mind knowing she is at a safe ,warm family environment . They are always on the go , out to the park , drawing , reading and out to soft play areas .
