About Me
My name is Charlotte and I live in Staines with my husband and our two children.
I am an easy going, caring and fun loving person who is passionate about providing children with the care and learning resources that they need to enable them to grow with confidence and achieve their full potential.
I understand how important it is to find someone who you trust and feel comfortable leaving your child with. I offer a fun, safe and stimulating environment that is a home from home for your little ones and I always look after any child in my care as if they were my own.
I offer healthy home cooked meals and a warm home environment with a lovely playroom, lots of varied activities and outside space. We also enjoy going on outings to a wide range of places.
Having children myself, I understand the challenges that working families face from the gut wrenching first day that you drop them off at the childminders, to the race to pick them up in the evening because you have missed them all day, and all the runny noses in between!
My aims are to support children to not only reach their early learning goals but also to support their emotional growth by teaching them key life skills such as social skills, independence and kindness.
I believe working closely with parents is really important and communication is key. I like to send updates of all the fun your little one is having as well as activities, food and new things that your child has learnt.
My Experience
Before I qualified with Ofsted to become a childminder I gained experience working closely with children in a local crèche. Over a period of six years I worked up to be the manager of the setting and during that time I gained an in-depth understanding of the requirements and needs to support children in their journey to grow. This has been further advanced in my experiences having my own children.
I love working with children and helping them to grow into the happy independent people they become.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
Fees are all inclusive of healthy meals and snacks as well as entry to groups, soft plays and other outings that we go on.

Charlotte has been an amazing with our son Elijah and has made it feel like he is with a family friend. The daily updates always leave us with a smile & he is always laughing in the photos, plus it's great to see what they are up to rather than getting all the updates at the very end of the day. We often say to people that he eats better than we do and it's great to know that it is all homemade from great quality food. Eli has done so much better with Charlotte than he ever did at nursery & you can tell that she treats Eli like he is one of her own! It's also lovely to see the friendship that has formed between him & Ella and he is always asking for her. Elijah has learnt so much and we are amazed by how quickly he can pick up things from Charlotte, which is a testament to her fun style of teaching. We will definitely be sending our next little one to her if she has the space!

Charlotte is a very chilled, kind and warm person with very calming nature, she shows nothing but patience and understanding around children of all ages.
Charlotte has a lovely family setting within her house which is fully equipped with toys and baby proofed, she has a beautiful back garden which backs onto a field with cow’s such a lovely setting for children.
I highly recommend Charlotte as a childminder and I know that your child / children would love her and be in very safe hands and do lots of fun and educational activities.
