My Experience

I have over 7 years experience nannying, babysitting and teaching art sessions for children over a range of ages and with a variety of art materials and methods. I also used to work as a nursery assistant with children aged 2-4 in Finnieston. I am very comfortable with children of all ages and have experience caring for children as young as 18 months and up to 15 years old.

I’m a confident cook. I, myself am a vegan and am able to make delicious and nutritious vegetable based meals. I also am happy to cook non-vegan food for your children. I have experience working as a cook for a family I used to work with as well as I used to be a cook at Saramagos Cafe in the CCA.

I love the company of children and find it very important to maintain a trusting, open and communicative relationship with the children I care for adapting to their own individual needs, interests and age. I am able to carryout bedtime and homework routines, cook a variety of delicious child-friendly food, play a variety of games, arts and crafts and story-telling. I'd be very willing to help with homeschooling to the best of my ability. I also am a trained first aider.

My Qualifications

I have a first class BA honours degree in Sculpture and Environmental Art from the Glasgow School of Art and a foundation diploma in Art and Design from Kingston School of Art. I completed my school education with 10 GCSEs and 3 A-Level qualifications.

My Availability

I have a flexible timetable and am open to overnight care when required.
