About Me
I am a qualified Paediatrics nurse who trained at Kings College London and has worked at Chelsea and Westminster during my training. I have over 6 years experience of working with children between the ages 0-18years.
I am now currently working at RCHT Cornwall as I had the desire to return home to be with my family.
I am luckily enough to be in a position where I can work my nursing part time and would love to use my time in the side to get to know and support a family and children, hopefully creating strong professional bonds with both the child & family that will last.
I previously have nannied for two families long-term and have strong lasting bonds and friendships with both families. They are like family now, and I see the families on a regular basis. Both are willing to provide reference.
My Experience
I have had many placement in clinical practice throughout my time at university working with children within a range of 0-18years. These children have been both unwell and in hospital or very well and at nursery/school. I am DBS checked, have my full basic life support training complete & paediatric first aid.
Prior to this I spent 2 years supporting a family back home in Cornwall providing down time for them with their child who has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. They also had 2 other children so I spent days there giving a helping hand.
Also within my family we have foster babies as my gran is a foster carer. I spend a lot of time with these children, helping the family to provide them with early support networks.

I work part time, 10 shifts a month.
I know my rota in advance therefore if you would be willing to fit my days off childcare days around what I already know work wise, I’d love to be of help.
