I have many years of experience working with children of all ages. I started at age 19 working with street children in Central America . I have a very friendly but silly Jack Russel and my daughter is at university but still lives with me. I love gardening and do a bit of salsa and yoga.
I speak fluently Spanish and Portuguese, and like to travel.
My Experience
I am a senior paediatric nurse with many years experience working in the NHS, including A+E , wards and community, as well as in special needs schools. My work involves children of all ages, well children as well as the acutely ill, including those with special and nursing needs.
Part of my work is to be up to date with children's basic life support and to be DBS checked. I also do training on tracheostomy care, anaphylaxis allergy and asthma, amongst others.
My Qualifications
Bachelor science degree (hons) child nursing
Safeguarding children level 3
Diploma in Tropical Nursing
Foundation skills on oncology

I am looking to work with children of any ages , after school and or weekends. I am happy to discuss availability.
