About Me
I am a birth and postnatal doula as well as a hypnobirthing teacher. I work in and around SE10 and have a shared care approach with my work partner Gabriella. Shared care is a way of working together as a team to support you and your family on your journey, this way you can be sure you get the care you deserve, should a doula become unwell or some other unforeseen circumstance crop up, there will always be a doula to support your needs. Gabriella and I also work together delivering birth education classes and teaching new parents how to apply hypnobirthing techniques to help to have a more relaxed approach to labour and birth.
My Experience
BothGabriella and I have been birthworkers since 2013, I have three children and Gabby has four children. We have been close friends for nearly 30 years and so know each other very well, this shines through when we work as a team. We bring different skill sets to the families we support and so essentially you get two doula's for the price of one. Gabby has a passionate for the postnatal foods that are healing and comforting and I like to bring my listening skills, which I picked up after 6 years in mindful personal development training, to hear and understand any concerns that may be bothering you in your new role as mother / father and of course a pair of helping hands.

- Doulas from £25.00 per hour
Birth doula from £850 and Postnatal care between £25-35 per hour
