About Me
Hiya- My name is Lucy and I am 22 years old and I am now a newly qualified adult and child nurse. I would love to help a family to make a difference in any way I can. I always love getting to know children and doing activities to make sure that we have a fun day and just think that it is such a rewarding job. I am a very hard worker with a lot of empathy and I am very kind.
When I am looking after children I always treat everyone as an individual and will adapt to each child's needs. I am happy to help drive children to activities to keep children entertained and help with anything else that children and parents require.

My Experience
Doing child and adult nursing means that I have done a variety of different lessons and training in how to keep a child safe and how to help different children with medical conditions. I have learned that all children are very unique and different and require different distraction techniques. I have just completed about 10 different nursing placements which has provided me with exposure to different patients and conditions.
I have completed my A levels doing health and social care and have had quite a lot of experience baby sitting, working in a nursery, and a gymnastics centre for children.
At school I received a A* in child development at GCSE and my health and social care is very helpful learning about caring roles.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE'S
Child care I have received A* at GCSE- this was really helpful at understanding the development of a child.
Health and social care- I have completed two BETCs in this subject which are distinction stars.
I also have a driving license and drive a pink car.
My Availability
I am mainly free Saturdays and perhaps most evenings during the week after 4pm but my time table does vary each week. So hopefully we can find something that is convienient for you.
