I am an experienced & qualified Ofsted childcarer based in Teddington TW11, driver with own car looking for work.
Please note my hourly rate is from £16+ net per hour.
I have a degree in Psychology, Early Years Education and Montessori trained, Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid up to date, 15+ years experience in childcare with newborns, toddlers up to 13 years old plus ASD & ADHD.
I'm professional, organised, responsible, flexible, firm, fun, happy, pro-active, sporty, enthusiastic, reliable, energetic and caring, I have genuine love for children/ babies and able to cook nutritional and health fresh food.
I enjoy art, crafts, drawings, painting, music, swimming, football and snow sports with the children.
I’m extremely attentive to safety, hygiene and good manners.
I have a positive attitude, strong verbal and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

Lovely sole charge job looking after Alice 12 months and Emilia 3 years old at start of the job. Nursery duties, cooking health meals, drop off and pick up from nursery, school, taking children to park, music groups, encouraging signs and sounds, singing, reading, focus on development and independence.

Nov/12 to Jul/16 – F/T to P/T Live out Nanny – E. family – Teddington
Sole charge role looking after Dylan(4y) and Jaime (6y). Contract work renewed twice, first full time, second part-time and current working from 7-9am then 3-7pm from Monday to Thursday. Family has relocated from Leeds. A challenging but rewarding role where boundaries and health eating needed to be shown and encouraged. Work on independence, good manners and respect. Use of family car for after school activities. Duties: cooking and homework.

Carla is a great and reliable nanny. She is currently looking after my youngest Elia but she also handled few days with my older Asia. She is taking care of some activities with Elia, taking him to the park, feed him and put him to sleep.. normally she does 15-20 hours a week with him. I highly recommend Carla as nanny. Thank you Carla ❤️

Carla helped us during the summer holidays and our son Alex took to her immediately (he'd struggled with other nannies before). She's professional, flexible, and caring. I highly recommend her!

Carla attended our wedding reception to help look after our three young nieces and nephews (2YO, 3YO and 5YO), she was great with all the kids keeping them entertained and helped with their lunch- they had a wonderful time! We recommend Carla!

Carla helped us for three weeks in the morning when our baby was 12 months old. She had helpful suggestions when caring for our son and recommended fun activities to book for him. She cooked nutritious homemade meals for him. She kept us updated throughout the morning and sent us lovely photos of the baby on the activities. Thank you!

We have met Carla couple years ago and she has had sole charge of my child for about 2 years until i gave birth to new baby and went on ML. She's great, always smiling and good to have a chat with. She's fabulous with the children, she sets boundaries but she's very playful, she is very active, a good cook, always punctual and flexible. We love her and we might hire her again when i go back to work. She's is a catch.

Carla has babysat my sons on several occasions now. She is such a reliable and friendly childcare provider and we value she alot. Also she is very flexible in coming to help look after my sons who are 6 and 10 Years. Also she keeps me updated throughout the day what my sons do during the day.

We employed this nanny for approx 25 hours a week for a month in autumn 2019. We ended up with a huge tax bill because she insisted on us paying her tax (net) rather than gross as we had advertised and the tax was much higher than expected- that this was a second job was only disclosed just before she started the role and her first employment clearly had high tax implications . She also overslept twice and on one occasion it meant my husband missed a business flight. Good nanny but I wouldn’t recommend. We had to let her go very quickly.

I did mention that I had another job at the interview.
Your payroll agency made a mistake with the payslips and they didn’t ask me if I shared my tax allowance or not. I’m not obligated to and I don’t.
I insisted on my net rate and you agreed to it.
Im sorry that you were stung by a high tax but I guess as a employer a lesson to learn about tax allowance.

We were very sorry to let Carla go as she was fantastic with our children and they adore her. (We moved abroad).
She is caring, fun and very loving towards them.
She is also very reliable, professional, organised and punctual.
She has a lot of great ideas with regards to their routine and activities.
She settled in with the kids and her new role with us very quickly and naturally. Both my husband and I would not hesitate to recommend her!
