About Me
Hi there, my name is Caroline I am Ofsted registered, and at my last inspection in March 2023 received a "Good" grading, I have all relevant certificates and training.
My husband and I, have raised a beautiful little girl, who is now 10. We moved to Bisley in September 2021, and have been local to the Woking area since 2012. Our home has a lovely open-plan layout, as well as a big garden, giving the kids plenty of space to run around and enjoy.
An average day will involve attending playgroups, days out to local farms, adventure playgrounds and soft plays, scavenger hunts, and walks in the forest, spending our days learning about and discovering the world around us. We celebrate national holidays and also focus in on significant cultural days which may be of importance to my families.
On days spent at home, we'd be baking, crafting, playing in the mud kitchen, playing on our outdoor equipment, gardening. We also love board games and puzzles.
I provide a well balanced, nutritious menu which gets updated every quarter, the children get involved in choosing in helping prepare meals and provide input into what goes on the menu too.
I will follow the EYFS framework and record observations and the children's development. I will also send photos via WhatsApp of your child enjoying their day, keeping you up to date through your working day.
I am able to receive early years funding for children who qualify. I also will take childcare vouchers as well as the free entitlement.
My Experience
I've been childminding since January 2020, and have looked after children from 8 months up to Yr 5/6 and have one daughter who is 10 years old.
I do occassional babysitting for families in the local community
I also aupaired for a year in Chicago looking after two small children, 6 and 3.
My Qualifications
I am OFSTED registered, having completed the following training to do so.
Paediatric First Aid
Childminding EYFS
Safeguarding Level III
I regularly participate in virtual and online training to keep my skills up to date
Additionally I am currently enrolled on an Early Years Professional Development Programme
My Availability
I am available Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5.30pm
I also offer wrap around care for children attending Bisley CofE School, and their Foxcubs pre-school

My Fees

My fees are £6 per hour
These fees do not include meals which are charged separately per day, as follows:
Breakfast - £1
Lunch - £1.50
Dinner - £2.50

Caroline looked after my daughter from the age of 1, for 2 years until we unfortunately moved out of the area. Caroline offers a comfortable, loving and safe setting, which really feels like a home from home. Caroline is constantly doing arts and crafts, outings and outdoor play, which my daughter adored. We would receive photos througout the day of our little girl and always really appreciated Caroline's communication with us. I was very sad to have to move my daughter from Caroline's setting and would have continued my daughters care with Caroline, into her primary school years. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for caring, reliable and quality childcare.

Caroline is a fantastic parent to her daughter and the perfect carer for your children. She is friendly, warm, caring and understanding and amazes me with her creativity and the activities my son gets involved in while in her care. Nothing is ever too much trouble and my son absolutely adores her. I cannot recommend Caroline enough to look after children as I have seen my son grow and flourish whilst in her care and her lovely home environment.

Caroline is professional, kind, caring and interacts wonderfully the kids! My boys love her and enjoy spending time with her and her family. I would recommend Caroline in a heart beat to anyone looking for a safe, fun and loving environment for their kids.
