I am very passionate about caring for and looking after children!
I have a BA Degree in Illustration, so I love to be very artistic with the children I care for. I also have experience with animals; I have volunteered at wildlife aid, and have pets of my own.
I have three brothers and a sister, so I am very accustomed to sibling rivalry! And have experience with settling a situation and caring for many children at a time; including cooking for them, educating them, cleaning up after them and playing with them. I have babysat professionally and informally over the past 5 years. I have experience in travelling with families, organising fun adventures for children including water sports, paint workshops, pottery, baking, etc. and always keep things clean and tidy - professionally and in my own personal space.
I am very flexible, hardworking, and I can promise your children will have amazing fun while I look after them!
Just to give you some more insight into my interests/life - I live with my boyfriend of 5 years, who is a professional Chef (very convenient!). I love to travel, cook, draw, animals, and I love to explore new parts of London. My 4 year old niece would also vouch for my impressive pumpkin carving skills and my ability to know all of the lyrics to Disney songs!
My Experience
I have worked at three nurseries from the age of 14-17; CHIPS disabled nursery- caring for disabled children from the ages of 2-14, and two independent nurseries caring for children the ages of 2-7. In addition, I have babysat children on many occasions and when I was 14, I looked after orphaned children in Ghana, from the ages of 2-12.
I have taken a break from professional babysitting due to taking a new career path, but I met a lovely family a few years ago through this app and looked after their children for the summer! Including going to Cyprus with them and taking the children out on fun outings and adventures.
My Qualifications
GCSE’s, A levels, grade 8 singing and flute, BA (Hons) Illustration degree and I have a clean driving licence.
