About Me
I am a Ofsted registered Childminder, living in Stotfold. I live with my husband and 2 cats. We have 2 grown up children and 4 grandchildren.
I enjoy quality time with family and friends, physical exercise, good food, theatre and live concerts.
My aim as a childminder is to provide a Safe and Caring Environment, encouraging each child's individual development. Giving equal opportunities to all children, promoting good manners, self discipline and respect for others and the environment.
We enjoy a variety of both indoor and outdoor activities, attending different groups, parks, woods, nature reserve etc.
I provide healthy food and snacks.
I provide 2, 3 and 4 year old funding. (There is specific criteria which needs to be met before 2 year funding is agreed).
I provide before and after school care.
School drop off and pick ups.
Full Time and Part Time contracts.
Term time only and School holiday contracts.
I do not work FRIDAYS.
My Experience
I have been working with children for 34 years, 10yrs in Preschool and 24yrs as a childminder.
My Ofsted Grade is Good.
My Qualifications
First Aid Trained.
Diploma in Preschool Practice.
Level 3 Childcare.
I became an Accredited Childminder in 2013, so I can provide 3 and 4 year old funding.
My Availability
I work Monday to Thursday, all year round (excluding Bank Holidays and my Annual Holidays approx 3 weeks).
My normal working hours are 8am to 6pm. (I do work outside these hours by arrangement with the parents).
I do not work FRIDAYS.
