26-year old available for adhoc Babysitting in the Kew/Richmond area. I also drive, so can travel. Available 19th/20th/21st Dec and then from Jan onwards.
I currently work full time, however I shall be returning to University in September 2025 to study MSc Speech and Language therapy.
Childcare experience:
Most notably, I worked for a year (2021-2022) as a teaching assistant in an Autistic & special needs school and so am comfortable and enjoy working with special needs. I worked primarily in primary and the early years department. I also worked in an after-school club earlier in the year age ranging from 4-11 (May 2024).
In addition to this I regularly babysat for a few families at the time & during holiday/ covid periods. This included a range of families with children between the ages of 3-10. I also used to babysit a 9 years old boy with muscular dystrophy and so this combined with my SEN experience in the school, i am comfortable working with special needs. During the summer of 2018 I worked as a Lifeguard, Swimming Teacher and general Counseller at an American summer camp, looking primarily after a group of twelve, 10 year old girls. However the camp ranged from 7-15, so am comfortable across ages.
I also hold an up-to-date DBS check and pediatric first aid.

I have undertaken several Nannying roles for families with children ageing between 5-10 years of age. Main responsibilities included assisting and overseeing with home-schooling during term time, making sure all were on their correct calls, work had been done and submitted in time. During the former summer months, activities ranged from cooking and baking to creative tasks and spending the afternoons in the playground. They would be in my sole care for the duration of the day whilst their parents both worked.
CCUSA Perlman Camp Pennsylvania USA Lifeguard and general counsellor June –Aug 2018:
Having achieved my RLSS Lifeguard qualification in February 2018 I was accepted for the role of Lifeguard and a general counsellor at an American summer camp. I thoroughly enjoyed this period which provided me with a range of experience not just in Lifeguarding duties and running activities, but in the general care and responsibility for a group of 12 ten-year-old girls. Several girls had special needs such as ADHD and Aspergers which, although presenting challenges, being able to gain experience in how best to care for them, connect with them, and understand their view of the world, was one of the most rewarding aspects of the whole experience. I was responsible for the day to day care of the girls (waking up, getting ready, ensuring they enough suncream and water for the day, shower time, bedtime) as well as daily water hobby running, as part of my lifeguard duties. These were provided to children between the ages of 7-15, so I am comfortable with a range of ages.
