I believe that every child should have a good start in life. Through studying Early Years Education, I have gained a wider understanding of the importance of play and facilitating children's learning. Before going to the university, I have had experience working as a Teaching Assistant and Early Years Educator with ages 0 to 9 and felt children were not supported as effectively in their learning as they could be.

I have organised daily activities for their learning and development as well as providing parents with effective feedback to promote good practice and ensure every child is able to achieve to their full potential while staying in our care/education.
