About Me
Hi I’m looking to babysit in e area I am a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am trustworthy, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic & I am dedicated & passionate to fulfil my purpose in my career and I am also confident enough to work using my own initiative. I am a determined individual who can set and achieve targets and I work well under pressure. I have a positive attitude to undertake new challenges, which can also allow me to develop further in my career.
My Experience
Along my career I’ve been assisting in primary & secondary schools over the London area and completed one-to-one sessions with children of autism, dyslexia, Down syndrome & children with SEN & challenge behaviour as well as taking on board more responsibility by carrying out observations of individual children & working with children who do not have SEN needs too. I was assigned a one-to-one with several SEN children where I carried out tasks including, feeding, lavatory support and up-keeping of cleanliness.
I am aware of child protection and safeguarding policies and will ensure that all children are protected & taken fully care of.
I have understanding of the behaviour policies and strategies in place and I will follow these behaviour guideline policies and strategies in order to help children individually to reach their potential goals.
