About Me
My name is Andrea I have worked with children for the past 20 years in different environments from nurseries, nannying and childminding. I have an 9 year old, 6 year old and a 2year old We also have a pet cat who loves children and the outdoors.
Being a parent myself i have realised how difficult it is with accommodating childcare so I am here to offer you a fun, friendly, homely environment whether it be during the day or after school. We go to play groups, the park and participate in cooking and messy activities throughout the week. I am flexible with hours and days and like to ensure the children are happy and enjoy learning and playing doing different activities and following routines to ensure that they are happy and content throughout the day.
I am looking to offer new places out from September 2025. I have some availability and will do my best to accommodate the days and hours you need. I know how hard it is to make choices that are right for you and your children and want you to be happy and content with your final decisions.

My Experience
I have worked with children for 20 years from babysitting, dance teacher and worked in nurseries from a nursery assistant to manager until I had my own children. After having my own children I decided to go into nannying and then childminding. Since starting childminding I have realised that offering a home away from home environment where the children are happy and creating beautiful friendships allows then to get the best of everything while being flexible but meeting the children's requirements both daily and through the curriculum. We go to play groups, the park aswell as participating in cooking activities and all messy activities throughout the week. I provide healthy meals and snacks and encourage them to try new things.

I would gladly recommend Andrea if anyone is looking for a reliable nanny. I needed a nanny very last minute and end up sending messages to various Child-minders and nannies, I am so glad I included her amongst the many messages I have send. My 8 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed being looked after by her and enjoyed the many activities she offered. She is lovely and very experienced, my daughter loved her kids, I will definitely take my daughter back to her if ever I need child minding again. I am indeed a happy mum, my daughter is asking to go back to her. Amazing nanny!!
