About Me
Qualified Maternity Nurse for 5 years, working independently. I obtained a level 4 in MNT in 2019. Alongside this role, I have a level 3 in Doula skills and a level 3 in breastfeeding skills, obtained in 2017. A dedicated person to my role in supporting mothers, babies, and their families. I have friendly nature and consider myself warm and gentle in my approach. Great communicator, respectful, sensitive, and understanding. I've worked for a number of clients within hospitals and privately in their homes. I have built great relationships and maintained a good recommendation level over the years.
My Experience
Maternity support work experience includes supporting women during antenatal, labour, birth and postnatal stages. Offering guidance around birth plans, packing of hospital bags for both mum and baby. Deliviering guidance and support around infant feeding including latch, positioning, expressing, hygiene, sterlising bottles and more. I offer emotional support around postnatal depression and general emotional support where required. Experience in working with vulnerable women with all manner of circumstances (Domestic Abuse, substance misues, mental health).
Experience leasing with health professionals - Midwives, GP's, social services, perinatal mental health and health visitors. My role as a In addition to some of the above my experiences also include :- sleep in's, night feeds, baby's laundry, general tidy of baby's room, washing and sterlising bottles, park walks, baby massage

Offering my services as an evening/overnight maternity nurse.
Weekdays : Monday - Thursday
1 to 2 evening per week
Time : from 7pm - 6am
Weekends : Fri - Sunday (flexible to be discussed!)
