About Me
I have been working with families for over 20 years.
I qualified after a 2 year Diploma in Early Years in 2002 and have worked within the industry since. Firstly within nurseries and then changing to more home based care as a nanny, maternity nurse and play therapist.
My main role has been as a daily sole charge nanny to families with children aged between newborn - 4 years.
In 2014 I started writing and teaching my own courses for early years professionals accredited by the Open College Network - Sleep, Literacy Support and Maternity Nurse Training
In 2021 I started a company called The New Parent Company, providing support to parents through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I have since qualified as a postnatal doula, birth prep educator and in perinatal mental health.

I have been a nanny most of my adult life and have experience working for a number of different families including;

- Nannying from £17.50 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
£21 gross ph for sole charge nanny
£27 gross ph for a nannyshare (£13.50 per family)
£25-£27.50 gross ph for doula/maternity nanny role
