My Summary

My Experience

I have worked in a few private nurseries as well as Reception and Schools in Year 1-6 classes in the Whitehaven and Workington area.

Now I primarily Nanny, the family I currently work with is on an ad hoc basis. They are 9 years old on the autism spectrum and 1.5 years old, working after school, pick ups and activities.

Most recently before this, I worked 1:1 in Year 2 with a child who has PDA. His needs were changeable so I had to work adaptablely with his needs using visual time tables and sensory input.

For 2 years prior mostly during the pandemic, I worked with a children with autism as a 1:1. Working on intervention lessons and class integration at an adapted level.

My Qualifications

I have a Level 3 Diploma in The Children and Young People’s Workforce (Apprentice Option) and a Level 2 First Diploma in Children’s Play, Learning & Development.

GCSE Maths and English at Grade C.

I also completed a Supporting Autism in Your Setting course alongside my Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience.

Paediatric First Aid 2024

I do hold more qualifications and have completed more training courses which more details can be provided if needed.

Current availability is based around my health and other family therefore, do not hesitate to message me to discuss ad hoc or permanent care as I will accommodate if possible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

Can be negotiated if a reasonable offer is given.
