Hello I am Amber.
I am 30 years old and a mum to three gorgeous boys aged 9 months, 6 and 8 years old.
I live in Herstmonceux.
I am incredibly responsible and reliable individual with great enthusiasm and patience. I possess natural co-operation and communication skills and the ability to think, act work efficiently displaying high levels of initiative, independence and confidence.
I work part-time in a school in Eastbourne 2.5 days a week.
If I am not working you will find me at baby groups, in the woods, aquariums, soft play, zoos or creating precious memories with my three children.
I am offering babysitting service every evening Monday- Friday from 5.00pm. Saturday and Sunday I am completely flexible.
I cover Herstmonceux and the surrounding areas. I will travel up to 10 miles however there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of fuel.
I absolutely love children of all ages. I believe all children need to feel valued and nurtured to help with their own personal development.
I am more than happy to stick by any routines you may have. If you want updates throughout the night for reassurance I am happy to do that too. I can promise you that your child will be left in good hands. Prior to babysitting I always suggest a meeting beforehand so I can meet you and your family. My Experience
I am currently a School Receptionist at a local school.
I have previously worked as Teaching Assistant Level 3 at a Secondary School working within the SEN department supporting students with EHCP plans with varying need. Working with children of all ages, backgrounds and abilities means I am constantly self evaluating and working on my understanding what it takes to implement appropriate behaviour and plan effective actions for children with diverse learning needs. I have developed an excellent understanding of the curriculum with expectations of achievements taking into account developmental milestones and any disabilities. I am fortunate enough to have been allowed the opportunity to enhance my CPD and to further my knowledge including Level 2 in ADHD, ASD, Autism and Dyslexia Awareness, Women and Girls on the Autism Spectrum, as well as Mental Wellbeing in Children and Young People and The SEND Code of Practice.

Amber recently babysat for me, for my little boy who took to her straight away. On the eveing when she had they play Games and listen to music and she really enjoy himself as well as did a bit of school work with him. I knew he was in safe hand what made me having to leave him while i had to go to work. Amber is very experienced,trustworthy babysitter and i would use her again and recommend her too.

Amber was great from the start and really put our minds at rest. She is extremely qualified to look after children, including first aid and has great experience. Our little boy (who has just turned two) loved Amber. Amber sent me an update to put my mind at rest, all was perfect. We will definitely be using Amber regularly.

Amber recently babysat my 18 month old son. Having only ever left him with nursery or family before, I was a bit nervous about leaving him with a ‘stranger’ but Amber immediately alleviated any worries by suggesting she came to meet him first, before the babysitting date. She visited a few days later, bringing with her a plethora of qualification certificates for first aid, child care, DBS etc, and it was clear that my son was totally at ease with her. He was offering her snacks and toys within about 30 seconds!
Amber filled us in on all her childcare experience and it was really reassuring to know that she had this knowledge and also had children of her own.
On the night of the sitting, Amber turned up very promptly and put my mind at ease, telling me that she would check on my son regularly (he was asleep for the night at this stage) and send me updates.
I left feeling totally happy and that my son was in safe hands. When I got back Amber told me that he’d woken for a bit, but she was able to soothe him back to sleep quickly and that was it until the morning!
Amber is a lovely, friendly woman who I am so glad I found! I will definitely be enlisting her services again in the future!

Amber was so professional from the start, she asked to meet my child before she babysat , showed me all her qualifications, an up to date DBS and was an absolute natural with my child- she didn’t need to try at all.
Brilliant, kind and experienced , no problems and I will definitely use Amber again.
