I am a hardworking, kind and reliable professional who has worked as an Ofsted Registered Childminder for over 12 years. I have achieved a 'GOOD' Ofsted report throughout my career. I am also a PACEY member to continuously improve my services in Childcare.
I live in the Loughton area, in close proximity to the main station.
I pride myself in being an honest professional who takes the safety of the children in my care very seriously with their wellbeing as a top priority.
I have a degree in Agriculture and utilise this in everyday activities for the children.
My Experience
I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder for over 12 years and have several childcare qualifications such as Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and Early Years Safeguarding Level 2.
I engage the children with various activities to help nurture their inquisitive and creative side, whilst balancing a good mixture of fun and educational activities in their time in my care. This includes indoor and outdoor activities such as visits to the forest and park, growing vegetables and flowers as well as helping with their homework and spelling.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Training, Safeguarding Level 2, Level 2 Food Hygiene, Member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years, Enabling Creativity & Imagination for Babies & Toddlers, EYFS Good Practice.
My Availability
I am available for school runs and pick up from Staples Road School, as well as nurseries including, Kids Inc, Little Treasure, and Little Lamb from Monday- Friday. My hours are from 7.30am - 6pm which can be flexible depending on what you may require. I have availability for both full time and part-time childcare.

Flo is simply the BEST! I sent my 2 year old son to Flo’s. From the offset, she was welcoming and friendly and incredibly flexible. I could not have asked for my child to have been looked after better whilst in her care, I was always 100% sure that my child was safe, nurtured and happy! Flo really does go above and beyond to give memorable experiences to those in her care, and tailor her experiences to your child’s interests, be it Halloween or Christmas walks, updating her toy or arts and crafts collection to numerous forest picnic dinners. She knows all the stay and plays to take your toddlers too as well. My son loved his time at Flo’s and there were lots of farewell tears when it was my DS’s time to join a school not covered by Flo!

Flor has looked after both my primary school children for the past 4 years. She always has a smile on her face, provides excellent and flexible care, creates a safe, warm and calm environment for the kids, has never let me down and takes a real interest in the kids’ academic and personal development. I would highly recommend her.

Flo is an amazing childminder, I am sad my child has just started school so won't need to be looked after anymore. Flo is a genuine, warmhearted lady and cares deeply for the children she looks after providing a warm and nurturing and safe environment. She has been an amazing help to me for the last year and my daughter loved being part of the school walk before she went to nursery. I will miss knowing she is safe and well looked after, which took most of the stress of leaving her away and couldn't have hoped for a better childminder.
Great local location for parents that need to travel to London, high recommend.
