My Requirements

Our wonderful nanny of 3.5 years is leaving on 14th March due to a career change and we're looking for a new nanny to join our family.

Guy and I work full time, so we're looking for a reliable, honest and experienced nanny who will mostly have full responsibility for the children during the week.

A full, clean driving licence with own car is a requirement for the role.

We are in a rural location so the nanny must love the outdoors and like dogs.

Hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Thursday with 1 hour lunch break, 8am-1pm Friday, plus flexibility is essential for occasional evenings when we need to stay late in London (a couple of evenings per month).

Our eldest daughter Lola is in Year One at Brooklands Primary School in Brantham (less than 10 minutes away), Indie is at nursery next door to the school at BYE for two days a week and Rose will be in the full care of the nanny every day for the foreseeable future.

The girls have various activities over the week e.g. gymnastics, swimming, tennis, so the nanny will need to be able to manage those, whilst having Rose with them.

The nanny will be responsible for all children-related household chores e.g. clothes washing, drying, putting away, changing their bed sheets, washing towels, tidying bedrooms and playroom etc. Also cooking children's food for the freezer and as Rose is currently weaning, taking a lead on planning her meals and making purees for the freezer (we mostly use the Annabel Karmel book) to ensure that we're always stocked up.

There is an option for the nanny to live in for Monday to Friday, in a detached annex which has its own large bedroom, ensuite bathroom and kitchen area.

We are a friendly family who are really sad that our nanny is leaving and are looking for someone who is keen to join a family for a long-term role, create great relationships with our children and who is fun to have around.
