My name is Julia, I have enjoyed a rewarding career as a Paediatric and Neonatal Nurse , I have recently retired from 12 hour hospital shifts to start looking for a job with a family, providing care and support for your children from birth to teens. My education, qualifications and experience both professionally and personally , would be an ideal fit to your childcare needs. Mature but youthful , healthy and fit, I am a licenced Zumba and Fitsteps Instructor and run classes in my home village. I also love hiking and climbing, enjoy healthy cooking and baking. I have a warm and friendly personality and integrate easily .
My Experience
As a dedicated nurse I have worked in various locations from Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Paediatric Hospitals, Community Child Health both for NHS and as a Volunteer Nurse for children in care facilities in Tanzania and Colombia. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge of all aspects of infant care including breast feeding, preterm infants , twins , special needs support, resuscitation and first aid .
