We are hugely lucky to have found Tracey to look after our son. She's a wonderful, caring, supportive, organised and very competent childminder, who has looked after him full time for the last two years since he was 7 months old. They have a lovely bond. Our son has flourished in her care, learning basic skills, good manners, support and tolerance of other children, self-reliance and also some more academic skills like numbers and letters. Tracey's also been really supportive of us as parents and brought her wealth of experience to the advice she's given us about everything from behaviour to sleep to potty training. We have and would unreservedly recommend her to other families.

Kerrie has been our nanny for approaching three years and has always taken outstanding care of our two children, now age six and three. She is kind and warm and we all look forward to seeing her every morning. She has made lots of friends locally, exposing the children to a wide variety of social opportunities, as well as taking them to local classes and across London on fun trips, from E11 as far as the Horniman or Kensington. Kerrie is super-reliable and flexible. We are all going to miss her when we move out of Cambridge this summer, and completely recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny - you'd be very lucky to have her.

I've known Marcia for over three years as a nanny to close friends. She supported us through our own nanny recruitment and subsequently has spent a lot of time with our family and nanny.
Marcia is an expert in little kids. She really understands their development and what makes them tick. She's a really kind support to all of us parents around her and a lynchpin of the local nanny network, meaning that the kids she looks after have a wonderful time going to a range of different activities and socialising with lots of other children and adults. My children, like all the children I know around her, love her calm personality. She's super-organised and kindly supports the children she looks after to develop lovely manners and new skills, so they have a high level of independence. Marcia has a wealth of experience in nannying and really can guide you through how to make a success of balancing your work and life commitments with the need for kind, nurturing care for your children.
