Hi, I’m Charley, a tiney-registered childminder with availability from September 2025. I have a passion for providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for children to grow, play, and learn. With a nurturing approach and years of hands-on experience, I aim to create a home-from-home atmosphere where every child feels valued.
I have previously been a Nanny with 14 years childcare experience working with families and children from 0-12 years old and became a Mummy to my beautiful daughter in October 2024.
Charley’s Cherubs is a warm, welcoming space filled with toys, books, and educational resources. We use pastel colours, numbers, shapes, and playful décor to create an engaging, calm environment for all children.
I follow the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework and support each child’s development through play-based learning, outdoor exploration, and daily routines.
My Experience
I have been a foundation stone to the families I have worked for, providing love and experiences to the children I have had in my care. I have worked in Childcare for 14 years, working with children from newborn to 12 years old. I started off as a Student in a preschool and then became a party entertainer at weekends for 18 months.
I then did work experience in a nursery working with children from 3 months - 4 years, I got offered a job as a bank member of staff and worked in the nursery for 2 years.
I then decided to further my career in the nursery environment by becoming a permanent member of staff in a Nursery in London as a NVQ level 3 childcare practitioner
The next step in my childcare career I decided to become a Nanny 14 years ago and have been since working for four different families.
