My Experience
With over 9 years of childcare experience and as the eldest sibling of four, I am confident and passionate about my role as a caregiver. My journey in childcare began during university, working for a family with two boys, supporting them as a babysitter and mother’s helper throughout the pregnancy and beyond. This valuable experience sparked my love for childcare and set the foundation for my career.
After graduating with a degree in Social Work, I moved to the UK for an ERASMUS Traineeship in children’s services, where I worked as a social worker for over a year. During this time, I lived with a family of four children as an au-pair, further expanding my skills in childcare.
Since then, I have established my own childcare business, taking on flexible roles such as holiday nanny, weekend nanny, night nanny, and childminder assistant. I have extensive experience working with children with special needs, having completed specialized training in RBT and ABA tutoring.
I am fully DBS-checked and hold pediatric first aid certification, ensuring your child’s safety is always my top priority. My goal is to provide nurturing, tailored care while supporting each child’s unique needs and development.

From our first meeting with ZeyZey we felt calm and happy in her presence. On our first session with my 10mth old the little one didn't even cry or complain once (only when she was leaving!) because ZeyZeys interactive activities and manner kept her well engaged. This is different to other nannies the little one has met. She's attentive to a child's needs and we felt very safe to have her looking after our child. Peace of mind is key for any parent with childcare givers and we had that with her. Highly recommend her to all going forward.

I have 2 kids with adhd and Zeynep tried her best to always stay calm and take care of them in the calmest and most understanding way possible. She eventually choose to stop with us and I regret it but she always communicated with me very clearly and I really appreciate she tried her best. She is very professional ans I would recommand her for sure!

We have worked with childminders and nannies in the past, for our currently 6-year old son with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language delay) and Zey works for us for almost 1 year now. We are delighted with level of her service, how kind and caring she is for our son despite behavioural difficulties she approaches. She is taking him for outdoor trips and offers him great support whilst we work. She is also very skillful with younger siblings aged 1 and 3. She is encouraging reading, maths and art activities adequate for our son’s level. She has great communication skills and is very organised. She helps to transition our son for outdoor activities which is very difficult for him. Throughout time of nannying for our son she greatly contributed in progress with his spoken English and social skills. Thank you so much for working with our son Francis.

We contacted Zeynep for the first time in April and
She has been looking after our 2 year old son since then on an ad-hoc basis, occasionally collecting him from nursery and sorting, dinner bath time and the bedtime routine.
She has a very calm and patient manner with our son and he’s always very excited to see her. Zeynep is very knowledgeable about children and has been very helpful with the advice she’s give. Zeynep has been brilliant for our family and I recommend her to anyone.

She is everything you need from a nanny. She knows how to work with children, she makes them feel loved and safe. My boys love being around her and they would talk about her as a member of our family. I'm extremely happy to have her support with my kids.

Zeynep has helped us to look after my son quite a few times when we were very busy and we found her quite patient with our son and our son loves her. She is quite interactive with our son which he see Zeynep as a friend who he can play games with.
Zeynep has good at communication with parents and always give a summary each time she leaves the house. We are highly recommended her!

Zeynep has been helping us with taking care of our 3 year old autistic son. She is very patient and positive and our son loves her very much. Zeyzey is very reliable and trustworthy. She genuinely loves kids and is passionate about her job. Zeynep is also a problem solver, she helps us with finding coping strategies that work with our son. We are very grateful we have her as our nanny as her presence in our lives has helped our family alot.

I used Zeynep for 2 months when my daughter was 9 months. They were lovely. Communication was great. My daughter was reluctant at first but she really got on well. She became very independent. I would really recommend zeynep. She has all her credentials and know her job very well.

Zeynep is currently my nanny for my 2 children, one who has complex special needs. She has helped us throughout the last 6 months and her flexibility to adapt has been amazing. She has taken time to get to know both my children, who both adore her and she ensures they are fully catered for and happy.
