About Me
I am a disabled mum of 3 girls, aged 6, 5 and 4. Due to my physical restrictions (from chronic lower back pain), I am considering getting a home helper, as I struggle to do things at home and look after my children. This is also due to my change of circumstances at home. My husband is no longer my carer.
I'm not sure about hours or what I need to plan help with. Just looking for information that I can consider.
