My Summary
About Me
I am a nanny with 13 years of experience (from newborn babies up to school age children), seeking a new, sole charge position 2~3 full days a week, or mornings until early afternoon (though this is negotiable). I am available to start immediately.
I provide day and night time (newborn) baby care; I can follow a set schedule, and I am able (to work with parents) to create one.
I am also available for ad hoc week day babysitting; in the evening and at weekends. I am generally available for babysitting most evenings, even at short notice. I can also stay overnight, if required. (I also have availability during school holidays).
I was born and raised in London, and I am a fluent, native speaker of English. (I am also conversant in French and Japanese). I live in Central London, and I am willing to travel a fair distance.
I have a keen interest in health and nutrition, and I very much enjoy preparing, and cooking fresh, organic food. I am supportive of extended breastfeeding, and attachment parenting techniques; I even have a sling for use with babies.
I do not drink or smoke, and I am calm, committed, reliable and trustworthy. When I am charged with looking after children, their happiness and health are my utmost concern.

I'm happily recommending this lovely nanny.
My family moved to London from Copenhagen, shortly after the birth of my third child. I first wanted help with my newborn son at night, and we were lucky enough to find such an experienced, gentle nanny.
She was very comforting, helpful and understanding. (We had some bad experiences with childcarers in the past, so I was glad this time was so positive). My baby was sleeping peacefully in her care, and she helped us to establish a good feeding routine.
When she started working during the day only, she kept a journal and included pictures of the baby. When my working hours increased, she also took care of my older sons after school, and during the vacation. They often prepared meals together as our nanny really likes cooking. (She is a good cook, and we loved the food).
She worked with us daily until my youngest turned 4 years old, and he went to nursery full time. (Our nanny still babysits for us and helps us ad hoc during school holidays).
She's very reliable and punctual. Her communication is excellent. I think she has a natural talent with children and she is very patient. My family definitely benefited from having her in our lives.
