Hello everyone. I am an Ofsted registered childminder and care for children from Monday to Thursday , 7am to 6pm. I am based in the RG1 6PH area.
I also accept 15-30 hour funding for 9 month old, 2, 3 and 4 year olds, child-care vouchers and tax-free childcare. My reasonable hourly rate at present is £ 6.30 for 7-10 hours per day which includes- nappies, wipes, creams, sun lotions, home cooked breakfast, lunch and tea along with morning and afternoon snack and all outings.
I enjoy looking after children and follow the Early Years Curriculum to help children to gain confidence in all the 7 key areas of learning before they start school.
I am on the bus route number 26, 1, 1a, 2 and 2a and just 20 mins walking distance from the Reading town centre.

Although we have opted for a nursery place at this time, I just wanted to say how wonderful Shibani is. Shibani has such a passion for children, has a thoughtful structure in place for learning and playtime and I felt very comfortable leaving my young son with her.

I went to visit Shibani on a possible place for my 20 month old daughter. Shibani made us both feel extremely welcome and my daughter took an instant shine to her. Her home is lovely and clean and is perfectly catered to run childcare. Shibani is very professional and went through every aspect of how she ran the childcare. She absolutely adores children and you can tell she loves what she does.

What I like about Shibani is the genuine love she has for children, she plays with them, interacts with them, you can tell she is really enjoying it and so are the children! I am also amazed by how clean her setting is, and how well organised everything is. A great place for the kids to learn and grow, and peace of mind for the parents as you know your child is in good hands.

I had been to few nurseries after visiting Shibani but came back to her because I didn't find that satisfaction with any nursery that I got after meeting Shibani. With her, I know I would be a tension free mum. Unfortunately my daughter got hurt and isn't well at the moment and we have decided to delay her sessions but otherwise I was so keen that I went again and the best part about Shibani is she gives you proper time, clears your doubts, explains her methods in detail that yes, you know your child could be in good hands. Me and my daughter were there for about an hour and my daughter started playing her with as if she knew Shibani from many days. That was wonderful. She has a well maintained and lovely setting at her place. Thanks for all your time to us and guiding us things.

I visited Shibani whilst looking for a childminder for m 4 year old son, and I have to say I was blown away by her. She is so passionate about each and every child in her care. She has the most wonderful pure energy and zest for what she does. You can tell that she is definitely doing her dream job. Her house is immaculately clean! And every toy/equipment/activity carefully selected for it's fun and educational value. Any child would have the time of their life being minded by Shibani.
