About Me

Hello, my name is Ryan and I have three years of experience working as an SEN Senior Learning Support Assistant at a Secondary school in Richmond. I am also a fully qualified English as a second language teacher.

My Experience

I have a wealth of experience working as both a babysitter and a tutor. I have been providing my service since I myself was in school and can work across all ages, abilities and behaviour. I am also very adept at working with children and teenagers with SEN in particular ADHD, ASD and dyslexia. Furthermore, I am more than happy to take them on trips or to the park to play sports especially if they enjoy football as I myself am an avid footballer. During the summer of 2022, I completed my CELTA course which means I am fully qualified to teach English as a second language to both adults and children.

My Qualifications

I have a BA in Archaeology, and three years of experience working in that field so if your kids love history I've got lots of exciting stories! I also have A-levels in History, Philosophy, Archaeology and Government & Politics as well as 11 A* - C GCSE's. If your children enjoy reading and love animals I also have many National Geographic kids magazines which I won as a prize and often use to help with my lessons

My Availability

I am available from 2:00 PM on weekdays and I am available during the weekend, half-term and school holidays as well.

My Fees

Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
Tutoring from £30.00 per hour

I offer my tutoring service for between £25 and £30 depending on how much preparation is required for the lesson. I also offer child-minding services which start at £20 an hour
