I have worked in education for almost 2 years as a a specialist SEN TA working as a 1-1 and as a general LSA. I have experience working with kids who are on the autistic spectrum, dyslexia and challenging behaviour.
I started my tutor career at the beginning of the covid pandemic and have been doing this full time have been a full for a year now. I teach pre-school to early Ks3 tutoring covering all subjects but focusing on English and maths being the core as well as general homework help. I try to incorporate a Montessori approach to learning as much as possible.
I have personal experience of 25 years as a carer to my autistic brother which has helped me develop all my skills and made me excel at what I do.
Please kindly note tutoring prices vary on age of child and packages can be negotiated.
My Qualifications
A law graduate , I have an LLM ( general masters of law) from SOAS and an LLB from University of Westminster.
My Availability
I am available to teach during the day, afternoons, evenings, weekends and during school holidays.

Sarah has been helping my 7 year old daughter (and myself!), with homeschooling, in particular reading and writing. I could see improvements in my daughter's abilities quickly after just a few sessions, thanks to Sarah's teaching method. She is very professional, able to engage my daughter in working with her for long intervals, targeting her learning needs very well and making sure she progresses. She is also lovely and fun and my daughter always look forward to their sessions together. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who are looking for some extra help with their children's learning.
