About Me

I'm Covid-19 Vaccinated

We are a family of 4. My 5 year old boy will be starting year 1 from September, while his 2 year old brother is in full time nursery. But we are considering dropping one of his days to increase the nannying hours.

My Requirements

Live Out Nanny
Housekeeper
After School Nanny
Part Time Nanny
Household Help
Out of School Club
Cleaner

**From August 19th**

We are looking for a live out nanny that can support us with nannying, cooking and housekeeping - and potentially cleaning to boost hours pw.
We would need 25h pw minimum [after school Mon-Fri 2:30-6:30/7pm];

But we can scale up to 30-40h with extra nannying and housekeeping/ cleaning time if needed.

Can work something out for core hours to be paid £1500 - 2200 per month.

Sick days or holidays would be ON TOP 8:30/6:30pm (~6 weeks of holidays of 50h/ week).

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic nanny who also sets clear, patient boundaries. Someone who is empathic, competent, energised and reliable and wants to stay with the family for some years. We love spending time outdoors, socialising and limit screen time. We eat natural food and limit sugar intake.

Core Afternoon Duties:
2-3pm start to cook healthy meals for the children/ family (recipes and ingredients will be provided)

3:30 School pick up for older son
Take him to the park/ playground for up to 1h

4-4:30 Jointly pick up the younger brother from nursery. We may drop one of his nursery days to boost nannying hours

Play at home and Dinner with both boys at 5:30. You can eat with them if you like.

One or both parents will join around 6/6:30pm which will give you time to tidy up (kitchen and toys), prep the nursery and school bags for the next day.
Spare time should be used to tidy up toys and stay on top of an orderly play environment, especially ahead of weekend. You should encourage the boys to tidy up after their play but occasionally everything just needs a good sort out and tidy up, for which we can add a few extra hours eg on a Friday ahead of the weekend.

Hours can be extended to include light housework, laundry or gardening, if you are open to these. Hours can also be extended to include 1h of morning routine support, if you live locally and wish to add more hours but it’s not a must requirement for us. Eg 8-9/9:30 to help kids get dressed, breakfast and local drop offs.

A German speaker would be a bonus but not essential. Formal childcare training preferred.

Parents may be working from home in loft.

Non-smoking environment at all times. We expect minimum/ no mobile phone usage during nannying hours (photos of kids activities ok or to make important phone calls).
