About Me
I am a kind and caring individual with a passion for helping others. I have plenty of experience working with children and love helping and caring for them. I'm studying to be a teacher, so am developing my knowledge and skills all the time. I have my own car and love driving around. I am quite outgoing once I'm comfortable and very switched on, with plenty of patience. I'm always willing to help with whatever I can whenever I can and nothing is too much of a challenge!
My Experience
I have volunteered in many schools, and am currently studying at University to become a primary school teacher. I work at my local Cub group (West Monkton) and have been a leader there for 5 years currently. I have two younger brothers (6 & 8) and younger cousins, so plenty of experience in looking after children. I don't have direct experience of working with children with special needs but have experienced them throughout all of my placements and at Cubs, and am more than willing to learn.
My Qualifications
GCSE's (all B's and C's), A-Levels, currently training at University Centre Somerset to be a Primary School Teacher. First Aid trained through Cubs (as well as other training - GDPR & Safeguarding etc).
My Availability
Available Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends if needed within this current time.
