I am very friendly bubbly individual, who is currently trying to get extra experience in this sector. I am currently working in a home with adults with challenging behaviours and disabilities, which is extremely rewarding and enhances my patience, confidence and experience with different situations. I have to have a mother-like approach when working in my job role, which will help me moving forward.
My Experience
I have a very large family full of children all ages, which is a bonus for this role. Despite it being a few years ago, I spent a week in a primary school which still to this day I appreciate the opportunity as I experienced the roles each year group would offer, which expanded my knowledge on how to communicate with them.

My Availability
I am available every day from any time, unless when I have to work, which means I’ll be available from 9am. I get my work rota a month ahead, so I will be able to work with you. I also will be able to work some evenings.
