Having spoken to Summer during the day and arranging for her to come and meet our children on the evening before starting work on the following day at 7am. She confirmed she would be here at 6.30pm and she didn't turn up waited till 7pm and then had to make emergency arrangements to get cover as me and my partner had work the following day. She is very unprofessional and a complete waste of time! Don't bother using her sells the dream but doesn't deliver.
