About Me
Hello Parents and guardians,
I am Shirisha living in Feltham( near Edward Pauling School) an Ofsted approved childminder and a proud mother for one daughter who is 6 years old. I live in a non-smoking house with no pets along with my husband who work for NHS.
I offer a warm and welcoming home away from home environment.
I strongly believe that each child is special and unique and has their own talents, and it is very important to support their abilities from a young age with proper guidance.
I work towards the Early Years Foundation Stage. I will be doing fun activities with children like arts and craft, building blocks, role-play, some of which I created which will make them to confident, independent. I am close to parks which has designated children’s play area. In the autumn/summer months I take the children to Raleigh Park which is a huge open space park and St. Dunstan's which has lots of playground equipment. I attend play groups within my area whenever I can. I encourage "free play" . I have a communal garden where children can play with all outside toys.
My husband and I are both enhanced DBS checked and I have childminding insurance.
I am up to date on my paediatric First Aid training.
I continue to keep up to date knowledge by completing my CPD( Continuing professional development) ,any training(s) e.g. Safeguarding, management, regulations. Etc..
am also registered with Hounslow FSD offering childcare for local community.
My child ratios i.e. child intake is low so each child will receive more attention and care they deserve in my setting. I will be working closely with parents.

Am a qualified teacher in India, qualified paediatric first aid training, completed home based childcare course through PACEY., Ofsted registered.

We are pleased that we found Shirisha as child minder for our son. She is friendly, caring and talented, our son has settled within few days and she takes good care of him. Also she keep us posted about daily activities by sending pictures and videos. We noticed improvements in our son within first month. We definitely recommend Shirisha as Childminder.

Your son is amazing and a very happy child.
It’s my pleasure to look after your son.
We were so lucky to find Shirisha. After my daughter becoming very unhappy with the after school club provision she was attending, we needed to find a childminder in the local area. Never having used a childminder before we were very anxious, but Shirisha made us, and more importantly, our daughter, at complete ease! Shirisha provides high quality care and fun and educational activities, in a clean and hygienic setting, with access to a lovely open space. Shirisha always sends me a photo of what the children are up to and we are all so happy. My daughter never wants to leave! I can wholeheartedly recommend Shirisha.
