My Experience

I have a 7 year old son, therefore, I understand the importance of providing a child's needs from a young age. I have 2 years experience working as an Apprentice Early Years Officer where I spent those 2 years working full time with 2-5 year olds in a nursery and being able to learn standards, legislation, frameworks and guidance that all links in with childcare. I have now been a childminder for 4 years and have been able to create great spaces for children to learn through experiences and interactions. I am able to take children's interests from child-led play and encourage them to learn and develop at their own pace.
