About Me
I am a 25 year old qualified teacher who loves helping children realise their potential and watching them grow. I believe all children should have the same opportunities to grow and develop, regardless of background or barriers. I am passionate about celebrating the small successes and nurturing children in a holistic approach. I can offer many different styles of teaching to suit your child and have 7 years experience in SEN in both an education and support work setting.
I am studying for my MSc Psychology part time so I am currently not in a teaching position- this means I am free term time too for childcare, private tutoring etc. I have a particular interest in tutoring children homeschooled/not currently in education due to SEN need- this is something I am passionate about.
My Experience
9 years in education and SEN/behavioural support work. Worked with services such as Barnardos DSI Service and KIDS. Previously a primary school class teacher (KS1). Currently studying my MSc Psychology. I have a very good working knowledge of the EHCP process within Hull.
