About Me
I am registered with Ofsted. After previously working in a Nursery, I am now set up to offer early years provision and wrap around care for St Johns Primary School and Pottery Primary school in Belper.
I am able to accept Tax Free Childcare and the 2 and 3/4 funded hours.
We are often out and about learning with the children in our care, friendships are formed, we care for your child as if they were our own, showing love and care, along with learning through play.
My Experience
I am a mum to 4 boys and one girl, my children range in age from 24 years to 5 years old. I have also worked as a Childminders assistant.
I have worked in a local nursery, in most rooms from babies to preschool. I have been a childminder since May 2023.
My Qualifications
I have a Pediatric First Aid qualification and I've done a Home Based Childcare course.
I am currently undertaking a Level 3 EY SENCO Qualification. Please ask to see my certificates of the courses we have completed.
My Availability
I have 3 spaces Monday to Thursday available from now, due to my husband now working along side me.
We work Monday to Thursday 7.30pm to 5.30pm for Early years and on a Friday for Wrap around care. I work all year around, apart from between Christmas and new year, 2 weeks in the school summer holidays and at least 1 other week, which I will notify parents by the 1st January.
I currently offer wrap around every day to St Johns Primary School and Pottery primary schools in a Belper.
We can accept payment by tax free childcare, as well as being able to offer all funding including the new funding from 2 starting in April 2024 and the from 9 month funding from September 2024.

After being left in a situation with no childcare for my daughter Sarah has been a God send. She did everythign she could to make sure i could get back into work ASAP.My daughter took to her straight away and has only been there a few days and I feel 100% confident I picked the best childminder I could for my daughter. She has kept me updated with how my daughter is doing which has made the whole situation a lot less stressful for me. I can't thank this woman enough. Truly has gone above and beyond.

Sarah is an amazing Childminder and nothing is to much trouble. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for childcare. My little boy is happy when attending the setting and enjoys the wide range of activities on offer during term time and the holidays.
