About Me
Hello, my name is Caz.
I moved to Brighton just before the Pandemic and I had previously owned a Nursery setting for 32 years and now as part of my semi retirement I am enjoying running my Childminding business, which I set up In my home in March 2022
I believe that children should be children and thrive in an atmosphere of love, security and the freedom to play. I aim to provide flexible childcare in a happy and secure environment with stimulating play to encourage interaction for future school life. I am endeavouring to create an enabling environment with a homely atmosphere. Every child is unique and children should be able to develop at their own pace with no pressure. I feel Children will best achieve their full potential through Positive, Social, Emotional, Physical, and Intellectual experiences in stable and relaxed surroundings.

Paddington College studied for NNEB qualification
Nursery Assistant in Knightsbridge for a small 25 place private day nursery.
Nursery Officer in a large council run nursery in Ladbroke Grove
Set up an NHS crèche for a hospital in Tooting Bec
Sole charge Nanny for GP's in South London
Special Needs Nursery Practitioner for the charities Scope in Croydon and Grandmas in Fulham .
Childcare setting owner for 32 years providing day-care, child-minding, breakfast, after school and holiday club services in South London
Currently alongside my Childminding business I am Bank Staff Nursery Practitioner for the NHS at the Royal Sussex County Hospital- Sussex house .
