My Summary
About Me
Hi, My name is Laila, I've been a nanny for over 14 years. I have plenty of experience with different age groups and also with looking after twins. I've cared for children from newborn to 14 yr olds.
I'm 35yrs old, married, and I'm the mother of 2 gorgeous boys, and that gives me all the instincts only a mother has, And first hand experience with very young babies.
I'm a caring, loving and genuine person, bubbly and outgoing and love children, I love to see them grow and develop, and do whatever I can to help encourage that.
I'm fluent in English, both spoken and written and I also speak Portuguese fluently and some Spanish. I'm very flexible, reliable and punctual and any overtime/extra work required should not be a problem when discussed in advance.
I can provide you solid references, from previous employers, and would love the opportunity to come and work for you.
Ideally looking for a full time position from mid/end September or beginning of October, as my current job will be coming to an end due to the youngest starting school.
I'm a driver with own car, and I love arranging days out, trips to the farms, Legoland, museums, and all things fun that children love.
I have a big network of Nanny friends which gives me the opportunity to get the children together for play dates and attend playgroups.
Thank you for your time, and please feel free to give me a call.
Laila Campos.

I found Laila on here and interviewed her because of her glowing reviews. The interview was pleasant and she connected with my then 9 months-ish daughter. I was lucky enough to be able to employ her despite quite a bit of competition and I am so glad that I did. The reviews don't even do her justice! She is so good with my baby. She got rid of any fears I had leaving my daughter with someone new. She fits into our little unit so well. Amara loves it when she is round and she has enriched and nurtured her development through library sessions to playgroups, play dates, sensory activities at home and more. She encouraged her to walk and I know that Amara is a joyful and social baby because of Laila's help. She is still with us two days a week and I only wish I could afford to have her full time! I will be envious of whoever can. She keeps me so updated and informed and has respect for the way we run the household and tips of her own. I cannot recommend her enough so I would advise to get in contact with her as soon as you think you will need a nanny - so you don't miss out like I nearly did!
To have a nanny was a very difficult decision for us as Anaya is (was) an extremely shy 3 year old girl and we were worried that she would not settle with anyone. However, Laila understood her needs the moment she walked through our door. She worked very closely with Anaya. Laila gave her the affection and attention she required, whilst allowing her all the space she needed. Following a short 4months, Anaya is a different child. She is more confident and has acquired new skills with both adults and children. Because of Laila, Anaya is ready for nursery next month, which was an overwhelming concern for us.
Over summer she has also had our older girl, Alisha who is 6years old with her. Outdoor playdates, urban farm and crockford bridge farm strawberry picking are just a few of the fabulous activities she has organised for our girls, whilst watsapping photos and videos throughout the day. Laila has also taken Alisha to her swimming lessons whilst taking Anaya into the pool and she has taken sole responsibility for helping Alisha complete the summer reading challenge at the local library.
It has not just been about childcare for us but soooo much more. She has respected our obsession with healthy eating and fitted into our chaotic household just perfectly.
They girls adore her and so do we!
Thank you Laila from the bottom of my heart. Xxxx
Laila is wonderful. She has helped me out lots when my usual nanny has been away and my daughter loves her. She is the only person I know who can look after 3 toddlers at the same time on her own and stay calm and smiley. She organises fun outings and activities, always has tonnes of energy and manages to keep the kids in control without too many tantrums. I cannot recommend her enough.
Laila worked for us for 16/17 months, taking care of our two girls (now 1 and 3).
A very warm and caring nanny, Laila showered our girls with affection and quickly built a bond with them.
Laila was great at organising activities and fun things for the girls to do and was pro-active with arranging playdates which ensured the girls had a wide social circle which has definitely benefitted them.
Food is a big thing in our house and although Laila wasn't accustomed to cooking from Annabel Karmel or similar when she joined us, she learnt quickly and respected our approach to food.
Laila puts a lot into her role as nanny, often putting the family she works for before her own and we would recommend her as a nanny.

Thank You so much!!! Miss you all!! xx
Laila has been looking after my little girl for one year now, from the age of seven months. Laila has been excellent from the beginning, fitting right into our family.
Laila has so much energy, taking our daughter out and about to classes and play dates, but equally respecting her daily routine and sleep patterns.
Were it not for the fact that we are about to have baby no. 2 we would certainly have laila full time with us.
Laila is brilliant!!!
