I am Available 5 days a week Monday-Friday, term time only. I am also available for weekend babysitting.
I am currently working as an SEN teaching assistant but I am looking to get back into nannying.
Previous to this role I worked as a nanny for a 3 month old and a 4 month old, 3 days with one family and 2 days with the other. I also did housekeeping, meal planning, shopping, cleaning etc.
I have 6 years of childcare experience in different settings and an enhanced DBS on the update system. I have learned that the early years in any child’s life are vital, I feel privileged to be a part of them. I have found a passion for working with children and ensuring their health, wellbeing and safety as well as making sure they are happy and engaged. I have an excellent understanding of the importance of being supportive and encouraging children as well as ensuring that they feel safe in their surroundings. I believe that each child is an individual and each has the right to be respected and have the same opportunities. I have been able to further my education and knowledge by completing three NCFE CACHE Level 2 qualifications relating to children.
I have previously volunteered with Home Start Chichester and the Independent Visitor scheme for West Sussex County Council.
