About Me
My name is Pamela, I'm 32 years old and a mother to my 11 year old daughter. I work as a teaching assistant in a SEN secondary school. I love what I do but my dream is to have my own nursery one day.
I love working with children and helping them develop, in their every day life.
I work on consistency, trust, love and care. They are the 4 most important key words to me, when working with children.
My Experience
I've worked in a nursery ( children between the ages of 6 months to 5 years ) for a year, this was one of my first jobs working with children.
After i had my daughter it was a great opportunity for me to get back in to studying and work. I worked with 2-3 year old children, teaching them phonics, reading to them, coming up with activities for the day, learning through music, nappy changing and the list goes on.
After working with infants, I felt like I wanted to do more with myself, so I started studying, self educating and also reading more. As years went on i felt like i wanted to help vulnerable teenagers, so i started working with teens that suffered from autism, challenging behaviour, downssyndrome and other forms of disability.

My Availability
